What we do
People outside Spain ask us the same questions again and again: which Iberico ham is the real thing, what “bellota” means, whether it’s worth the price and what to actually order online. This site answers those questions the way we’d answer a friend.
How we choose products
- Label first. We only recommend products whose official Spanish classification is clear (for Iberico ham: breed percentage and diet).
- Producer track record. Brands and cooperatives with a long, verifiable history in Spain.
- Availability where you live. Products you can legally buy and have delivered in your country today. We re-check listings regularly and remove products that disappear.
- Format that fits real life. Most buyers are better served by pre-sliced packs than by a whole leg, and we say so.
We never state prices (they change constantly) and we never accept free products or paid placements.
