Privacy policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Spain at the Table is a static website. We don’t have user accounts, comments, newsletters or forms, and we don’t set cookies. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light/dark mode choice (in local storage), and only if you use the switch.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the site owner identified in our legal notice, reachable at hello@spainatthetable.com.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal data. It gives us aggregate numbers such as page views and referring sites.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Affiliate links
When you click a link to Amazon or another retailer, you leave this site. That retailer may set its own cookies to attribute your purchase to us, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Because we don’t collect personal data ourselves, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. If you email us, we use your email only to reply. Write to hello@spainatthetable.com for any privacy request, including rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws.
